Dwayne Robinson is a visionary operations executive and federal contracting strategist with over two decades of experience driving innovation at the intersection of government services, technology, and entrepreneurship. As the Director of Business Operations at the Maryland Center at Bowie State University (MCBSU), he oversees a diverse portfolio of federal contracts and grants that support major agencies, including the DoD, NASA, and VA. His leadership is characterized by a groundbreaking application of artificial intelligence to transform federal proposal development through the creation of Proposal Craft AI—an innovation that reduced proposal costs by 65% and development time by 70%, while enhancing technical evaluation scores and compliance across the board.
