• Create AI versions of individuals without their explicit legal consent.
• Generate deepfakes for malicious or deceptive purposes.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate others in a harmful manner.

2. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original media you upload. However, by using Lookalike, you grant us a license to use this media solely for the purpose of generating and serving your AI Lookalike.

3. Limitation of Liability

Lookalike is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of AI-generated content or interactions.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior that threatens the security or integrity of our community.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Lookalike after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
